On April 25, the Sanford H&S Association will be hosting the 22nd benefit auction at Deerfield Golf & Tennis Club. There are some exciting new things to bid on this year including:

Sammie Wilson and Cristina Riegel have been selected as state finalists in the annual Letters about Literature writing contest. The nationwide contest is sponsored by the Delaware Center for the Book and the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress. Students were asked to select an author and write a letter explaining how his/her work impacted or changed their lives. 220 students in grades 7 and 8 from Delaware entered this competition, and Sammie and Cristina were two of the seven finalists. Congratulations to these fine students.
